Personalization of links, text passages and subject lines (e.g. addition of tracking IDs)
Our module for email marketing is a cloud-based solution at the cutting edge of technology. The tool offers a lot of functionality in one software, so that the marketer can use a powerful and easy-to-use environment and easily create email templates for customer communication.
A key component of our tool is the Content Editor. With the Content Editor, email templates can be intuitively created at the highest level. In addition to the many options for adapting the layout and design of the templates to one’s own needs, the marketer is provided with a wide range of functions for personalizing and individualizing the respective components.
All email templates are provided according to the “mobile-first approach” and are therefore suitable for display on mobile devices by default.
Do you want to make the dialog with your customers as personal as possible and not just limit yourself to using the name? In addition to the dynamic embedding of first or last names, the Content Creation Suite of the AIC Group offers so-called field functions that make it possible to derive further information from the given mailing and customer data.
Personalization starts with the salutation. If, for example, the friendly form of address (e.g. Dear …) or the formal form of address (e.g. Dear …) is desired, this can be configured in the software and made uniformly usable in marketing. The same applies to derived day and week information, such as calendar weeks and much more.
Personalization can be done not only in the text blocks. Personalization can also be done directly and very effectively in the subject line, which ensures an even higher open rate.
What do we mean by individualization? For us, individualization means tailoring the content of an e-mail to the specific interests and/or behavior of the individual recipients.
In addition to the targeted playout of offers determined on the basis of the recipients’ buying and clicking behavior, layout blocks can also be shown or hidden depending on the customer data. This not only increases the relevance of the e-mail, but also simplifies and minimizes the effort involved in e-mail creation.
The control of offers is based on rules or behavior. Their presentation in the template can be adapted to that of the online presence in order to create higher recognition and thus an optimized customer experience. The offer information can be maintained manually or automatically via a product feed.
